Activation is not happening even after mentioning serial key

I purchased the product today. installed it successfully. entered serial key but still, it's not getting activated. it shows an error that an online connection can not be established. But the internet connection is working very well.

What is the product you are trying to install?

did you try and temporarily disable anti virus and firewall including windows defender and try again.

Your firewall maybe preventing outbound connection to Magix registration server.
