Hi

We need more information:

  1. Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset, RAM,  hard drive configuration, sizes and free space?

  2. Windows version and is it up to date? Press and hold down the Windows key and the R key - in the dialog that opens type in winver and press enter.

  3. Software full name and version number - as found under Help, About . . .

  4. Was Music Maker working and then suddenly started asking for activation - if so what changed on the computer, eg upgrade to Windows 10 ?

Also please read this post before replying and add any other information you think may be relevant.

ASUS laptop i7 processor, 64 bit Windows 10 Home , 12 GB memory, 1 TB SSD/ 700 GB open space/ with all the updates from MS are installed. have no issues with any other software.

Music Maker Premium edition ver. 24.1.6.127 (UDP3)

its started when I added sound pool.

I removed and reinstalled Music Maker premium, now the sounds pool are installed but i don't get any preview sounds, only when i add to tracks i can hear them. and still ask for registration and activation every time i open it. the numbers are there and i have to click register, then it will gives me a success and will open.

Hi

. . . . 64 bit Windows 10 Home . . .

What is the version number? Find this as in 2 in my post above.

. . . . I removed and reinstalled Music Maker premium . . . .

This will not fix some issues unless you also removed the files that are left behind by the un-installer which knows nothing about them as they are created on first run of the program.

To re-install and check the Windows installation follow this procedure.
