Activation code recertification post several inputting errors

Hi, I had unfortunately not recorded one section of the 6 segments of 5 digits. As a consequence the software blocked me out. I got into my account to retrieve the missing 5 digits but still no joy! The message tells me to go back to Support but I can find now way in there to re-register my product....Help!!!!

 

I have the 2014 version.
