Without a lot more detail from you about exactly what your problems are, what you have tried and with what result, there is almost no chance of you receiving any help on the forum, sorry!

First, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there. At the moment we know nothing at all about your computer (operating system, CPU, RAM, GPU, Hard Drive type and free space, etc., etc.) nor even the version and variant of Music Maker you have.

We can assume from your post that you are having problems activating your version of music Maker, but without much more information we could easily spend a lot of time advising you to do things you may already have tried.
