Activation Code

I purchased the Sound Forge 16 software for my new computer. My old computer crashed on me. that computer has Sound forge 15 in it. I would like to transfer the registration to my new Lenovo Yoga 7i computer. Please let me know if this can be done. If not I would like a full refund on this software. I hope this problem can be resolved soon before the time aloud runs out for activation. I thank you for your cooperation. Sincerly, Sal Rodriguez

You do not need to deactivate Sound Forge-15 to install and activate SF-16.. even on the same PC

All perpetual versions of Magix Sound Forge can be activated on two (2) PCs simultaneously per licence.

If you no longer wish to have SF-15 activated on your old PC and wish to deactivate it, There are two ways to accomplish this.
Option 1: Visit the MAGIX Service Center, log into your account, go to My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate. This option can be used once a month.
Option 2: Go to the SF 'Help' menu, select 'Deactivate the Software on this PC'. The PC must be connected to the internet. This option can be used as often as you wish
A registered user can have two (2) activations per license. I you wish to use SF a third PC at some point. one of the two current SF activations will need to be deactivated to re-activate activate SF on the alternate PC

NOTE: The '365' subscription version can only be activated on one (1) PC at a time.

As @PATIENT-X stated, this is a users forum, and no one here can issue a refund.
You can 'request' a refund by emailing Magix customer service: infoservice@magix.net

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @Sal-RodriguezJr.
