Attempting to insert video sent from cell phone and need activation code box appear, downloaded from online and never received code...how do I get one

Your post is rather confusing but I'm going to guess that you are trying to insert a video file from your cell phone to Movie Edit Pro (which version and variant, please?) and you are receiving a message about a codec being required to be downloaded (so not an activation code but rather a codec activation). Is that correct?
If so, please show us the exact wording of the error message. That will greatly help us to help you!
