activation

Magix Music Studio 14 installs but won't activate. When I put in the code, it says no hyphens. When I copy and paste the code without hyphens, it puts them right back in. I get NO help from Magix. They said to send a photo of the activation box, which I did, and got no answer. I am so fed up with this company. It even costs to call them.

Any solutions out there?

Hi,

Try to disconnect your PC from Internet (cable or interrupt WiFi).

Close your antivir.

Try again. (I had this kind of problem with Kaspersky).

I know it's a pain, but it's better to type in your activation code.

I don't know if it makes a difference in this case, but some programs and webpages do not accept codes and passwords that are "cut & pasted" in.

I did type in the code. It put the hyphens in there anyhow.
