Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @WEDZ.

Deactivate Sound Forge in the current PC and reactivate, This has been known to resolve some 'already registered' issues.
Registered licenses can be managed via the MAGIX Service Center.
- Log into your MAGIX Service Center account (the log-in info may be different then this forum log-in).
- Click on "My products".
- Select the product from the list and click on "Show more details".
- Click "Deactivate" for the pertinent PC.
- Open Sound Forge on the PC and try reactivating again. Be sure to use the email address that was used when you originally registered and activated your product. The registered SF serial code and email address are paired.

btw, what version or SF do you have. Read the 'Sticky' at the head for the main Sound Forge forum page. Do you have the '365' subscription version or the perpetual version? 365 can be activated on one PC; the perpetual version can be activated on two PCs simultaneously.

Thx, I have the pepertual license. Somehow I put in a different email and it let me go through. I appreciate the help!
