I recently used the trial version of Soundforge Audio Cleaning Lab 2 and then purchased the DVD download. When I went to activate after my download I was sent a trial code my email and that didn't work. I found my DVD serial number on the website and that didn't work either when I put it in the activation box. What gives?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Use a third-party utility to uninstall such as the Revo Uninstall which has the option to remove left-over registry entries the default Windows uninstall procedure leaves behind. Aside from 'pilot error', corrupt registry entries are usually the cause of activation problems.
Otherwise, contact Magix Customer Service Sales Team which handles activation issues.
Thanks for the tip and I did that last night but I will wait to reinstall. It seems that there is confusion in the serial numbers that they sent me because I had just finished the trial version and that is the serial number that doesn't work. Thanks again.
