Upgraded to Photostory 2016 Deluxe (as you always do, do the upgrades). First time I have used the program to make a slideshow. Well, I cannot seem to place the 3D text  or re-size it wherever I want on my slide. It reduces my whole picture. So be it. Because of limited time, I have not used 3D text!!!!!

Now , I want to burn it to CD, because of copyright, I have to 'Activate on line for free', so I click activate now and NOTHING,. Will not even take me to the activation page. What is with this program. never had the problem with 2015 edition.

I am running Windows 10

See this post second answer down.

If that does not work - then  depending on which version of windows was on the computer when you installed Photostory 2016 you may need to do one of the following:-

  1. If  7 or 8 and you installed before the upgrade to Windows 10 then you may need to re-install using this procedure.
     
  2. If the computer had Windows 10 installed before installing Photostory 2016 then check that Windows 10 is OK by doing steps 4 - 11 in the procedure linked to in 1 .  Close all programs before doing this.

I upgraded to Windows 10 on 1/8/2015.

I upgraded to Photostory 2016 Deluxe on 22/11/2015

If I open up Photostory 2015 Deluxe and choose a video that I have made, I can burn it with no problems at all.

I have followed all your steps to help rectify the problem with Photostory 2016 Deluxe, but I am still having a problem burning. Again, the little box pops up with 'For copyright reasons, activation is required for the medium DVD' I click 'activate', but nothing.

Could you please advise on what to do.
