Hi,

After registering, you should receive an email with the activation code and links for downloading - at the email address that you registered with. If you already have MusicMaker installed, then no need to download, only activate. Once in the program you will have to download the additional content.

After registering (if this is the one you mean) I only got an email with a shop coupon, nothing more. Maybe there's an another registration or something?

Sorry, I was reading your post on the train on my cell phone. You are talking about the code for the 30-day trial, correct? Is that what you requested on the activation screen? I presume that you want to extend beyond the initial 7 days.

If so, then you should have received an email with an activation code that starts with "Trial......."

If not and all you did was register, then there would be no code.

So what exactly did you do?

I guess all I did was just the registration. Okay, then, again, what should I do to get the trial code?

Thank you in advance!

Hi

Every time you start the trial version the first dialog tells you you are running the trial version, you have x days left etc. Towards the bottom right of this dialog there is a link Extend trial . . . click this and follow the on screen instructions.

You will receive the trial code by email.

Once the 7 day trial expires you cannot extend it.

I installed the Music Maker (the trial version) yesterday. As I launched it, a window popped up and there were three bars : activate with serial number, purchase online and start trial version. When I clicked the third one (and then the 'Register Now' button) - an empty bar appeared, it said that I had to enter the trial code I should have received after registering. But I haven't got anything. This is the problem.

I have reinstalled Edit PRO 10 Plus on my new computer but it still insists I am not registered although reinstalled it, what's wrong?

johnebaker wrote on 4/22/2018, 1:24 PM

@martinfreye

What is the full name of the program you are having issues with?

Please read this topic and put the following information in your profile signature so we do not have to ask for it:

  • Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset make/model, audio card or chipset make/model, RAM,  hard drive configuration and sizes?
  • Windows version and is it up to date?  Press and hold down the Windows key and the R key - in the dialog that opens type in winver and press enter.
  • Software full name and version number - as found under Help, About . . .

I am still waiting for my registration email for fastcut premium trial? I guess no one works on the weekend?

johnebaker wrote on 12/29/2019, 8:53 AM

@Jim-Strickland

Hi

. . . . still waiting for my registration email for fastcut premium trial . . . .

Do you mean Fastcut free or Fastcut Plus? AFAICS there is no Premium edition

The free version and the trial (AFAICS) do not require any serial number to run.

If you have purchased the Plus edition then the serial number would be sent automatically upon completion of purchase.

Have you checked your Spam folders in your email?

Yep, they do have a fastcut premium download trial for 30 days. I downloaded the fastcut premium trial and it requires a registration. Still no email with registration info?

Nope, nothing in spam.

Can you provide a link to the page where this version is listed? Like @johnebaker I can only find reference to the Free and (paid for) Plus versions.
