After downloading a trial version to a Windows10 partition on a MacBook I was not able to activate it. I do not get my email on that partition but the emails from you that I received on my iPhone,Ipad,MacBook do not produce a serial number that I can type in to activate the software.
First you need to understand that these are user to user forums, not a contact for Magix Support.
Second, it is generally considered to be inadvisable to attempt to run Windows software on a MacBook, presumably with a Parallels partition, or similar?
However, I am somewhat confused by what you wrote:

Are you saying that these emails do not include a serial number? If a serial number is received what, exactly, is preventing you writing that number down, opening your Win 10 partition and SF and then entering your supplied number?
