@john-curcio Try the following. Open the Help menu, there should be an option to reset the program settings to their default values or default behaviour. After that, try again to import/export as MP3. Be sure you are connected to the internet while doing this.

Followed your instructions. Still not happening, I deleted the program and reloaded it got the same result

@john-curcio Maybe your firewall is blocking something. Try disabling it temporarily.

 

It could also be a server error on Magix side. If this is the case, you need to try at a later time and use a free tool like XMedia Recode to convert between WAV and MP3. It's ask extra step but works fine.
