Activate again

I want to activate my program software again, but it wont let me do it, because it tells that it still is on my old email.
This Email is closed, so I cannot go into this and stop this, and then start over with my new email.

So what du I do? can someone stop it from my old account?

@Elena-Johansen You can use your old mail and password to log into your user account on Magix.com. There you can change your mail address in your account settings.

If you aren't able to log into your user account you have to contact registration support at infoservice@magix.net
