I get error 24 when trying to activate Sound Forge after reinstalled my computer and the program. I have the order with product ID and my e-mail correct but cannot go ahead and complete. What to do?
Error 24 means that there is a mistake somewhere in the details you have entered; either the email address is somehow incorrect OR you are attempting to use a correct serial number for a different product.

Thank you for your reply! I became aware that I have to deactivate the product first before I can reactivate it again after the reinstallation. When I did that, it worked as it should.
