Hi @Hec21, it does not matter if a PC is turned on or off. If SF is activated on a PC it counts as one of the two activations.

Try de-activating SF on the PC and re-activating. You can deactivate SF from within SF in the 'Help' menu, or through Magix Service Center> My Products. Restart the PC and reactivate with your valid serial and the paired email address.
