Not sure what you mean by offline but when you purchase a Magix download product, once the product is paid for it should take no more than a few minutes to get the activation code via the email address that you used when you set up your account.  If you purchased the product on Disc, the code should be included with the package you received with the disc media.  Usually is it printed right on the disc.
