ACL 15 Deluxe no longer recognizes my license

I am using Audio Cleaning Lab 15 Deluxe download version. When I try to start the program it says my trial is expired. I have a valid license / serial number. When I try to activate it or reactivate it, my code appears, but after contacting the computer is says "unexpected data received". I cannot run the software. I cannot find anyway to reach Magix to resolve the issue. I did make a change on my Windows 10 PC. I installed a solid state SSD hard drive to replace my spinning hard drive.

@Damian-Muller

Hi and welcome to the forum

Was ACL 15 working before the SSD upgrade and if so:

Which version of Windows was it on?

Was Windows and all your programs transferred onto the SSD using the SSD manufacturers utility to do this, or a complete reinstall?

I am on Windows 10. Yes, ACL 15 worked prior to the SSD upgrade. I used the manufacturer software to clone my old hard drive onto the new SSD drive. All programs transferred onto the SSD.
