anyone see this behavior in 10.0.3.24? when i set a loop region in project e.g. 17.1-25.1 and enable loop playback and a midi clip is directly after the loop region at 25.1 the first note in the midi clip at 1.1 is triggered, when i set it a little after 1.1 it is not triggered, see this in vsti with e.g. drum, not in external controlled midi

i have also seen in excising projects during playback that midi clips first note at 1.1 does not trigger, when i remove that clip and replace it with same clip from somewhere else in the project the first note at 1.1 is triggered again?
