First, welcome to the Magix forums.

You need to be aware that these are user to user forums, not a contact for Magix Support. Since your problem is most likely one which no other user has experienced, that is the reason for the lack of responses to your post.

In the meantime, have you carefully checked the email that you received when you paid for Acid Pro 9? It would have included a link to download both Acid and Melodyne and would normally have included the serial numbers for both. If the Melodyne code is definitely not there you need to use the Support link in the header of any forum page to contact Magix Sales.
