Acid Pro 9 always on PAUSE mode and won't continue to install

I purchased Acid Pro 9 and installed it on 2 laptops and it was working fine. Now I reformatted my laptop and Acid 9 will not continue installing, always on PAUSE, same with Acid 7 and 8, I thought it was a laptop issue, but it also won't install on my desktop. I also tried clearing my cache, the same thing.

Please help

@Sarge727 This is because the firewall or Windows Defender is blocking the download. Either add the downloader as an exception to your firewall rules or disable the firewall temporarily.

@SP. Thanks I tried disabling the firewall and defender but still won't install. even Acid 11 Trial won't install. :( will keep trying
