Can't seem to find an answer, in the convoluted "help" section

Acid Pro 365
Is this backwards compatible with Acid Pro 10 stand alone

it wasnt with 9, anything created with 365 wouldn't work in 9

before I purchase the full blown acid pro 10 (in addition to 365)
Would like to know that projects created in 365 will open and play on 10
