@Jermaine-Poi It's likely that your firewall blocks the download. Please try to disable it temporarily.

@Jermaine-Poi Windows Defender is also a firewall. It's probably the cause for your problems. Try to disable it temporarily.

@SP. Have disabled everything in Windows defender and I still have the same issue. Is there anywhere I can get these installation files without using this download manager?
