Acid Pro 11 Freezes rendering to MP3, doesn't update to latest Rev

Acid Pro 11.0.2 (Build 21) 64 Bit. HP Prodesk 400 G7, I-7 cpu @ 2.9GHz, 64GB Ram, 2TB SSD, Windows Pro 11. 1). When I try to update, it does nothing (turned off antivirus, still doesn't update. 2)Also, When I try to render song to MP3, Acid Pro starts to render, but then locks up. How do I get the latest Rev? And how do I correct the render issue? Thank You Roman

@RJB You can contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for download links to the latest updated.

Try also to turn off Windows Defender temporarily.

Regarding your render issue, do you use already compressed audio files in your project? They might cause problems. It's better to always use uncompressed WAV files.

Besides that, it can help to reset the program settings to their defaults. For this close Acid. Then hold CTRL and SHIFT and double click on the program icon to start Acid again. Keep holding CTRL and SHIFT until a small window appears that will ask you if you want to reset the program settings. Do this and then try again to export your project.
