I am WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY. I'VE WASTED HOURS NOW. Every time I go to install ACID 10 it goes through the process, errors on C++, and there is NOTHING INSTALLED. The ACID directory is EMPTY. What a spread of ANGER this is.
There really is very little point in ranting in a user to user forum, to whose membership you are welcome!
If you want help or advice from fellow-users please post full details of your computer (this post will show you the level of information we need) and the exact wording of the error message.
If, as you seem to suggest, there is a problem with the C++ installation on your computer that is fundamentally a Windows issue.

I had the same problem, the only way was to deinstall my working c++2013 and let the acid installer install it new!
