Acid pro 10 problems

I have been trying to use Acid 10 for 2 years but still have to go back to Acid 7 because of problems with Acid 10. Here are the problems I have with Acid 10. I am now trying to use version 10.0.5 (build 38). First every time I open Acid 10 I have to reactivate it online. Even if I just closed it 1 minute ago. Very annoying. Second problem usually the first time it opens it crashes when I click off the upgrade pop-up.

I prefer Acid Pro 7 for now which is stable, once Acid Pro 10 is more stable I will upgrade.
