Acid Music Studio - locked out

Purchased Music Studio download 1/14/24, now cannot access program with message saying trial period expired. Tried uninstall/reinstall, entered correct key code, etc. keeps looping same message. Any Help would be appreciated> Thanx!!!

@Steve-Velardi Please try running the software as administrator via a right click on the program icon. Does this help?

Also, please make sure you don't confuse Acid Music Studio 11 and Acid Pro 11. You need to install the correct version.
