by that do you mean edited in SF? Would you be more specific as to 'use' in SF.

Yes, but sound forge is not multitrack. It’s more useful for writing acid metadata into files than “using them,” unless you just need to do sound design on a loop or sample (but one can probably just do that in ACID).
