hi my hard drive has died it had acid 4pro on it i have found the acid 4 software and i have installed it ok but i cant find the serial number to buy a licence for it can anybody help thanks michael
@michael-rinnger All licences registered to your old Sony customer account should have been transferred to Magix. Visit Magix.com, login with your old Sony login credentials and look under "My Products". In case you can't remember try contacting customer support at infoservice@magix.net.
If they don't have any records of your account and there is no backup of your serial number made by yourself, you're probably out of luck.
You could try Acid Pro 11. The trial version works for 30 days.
