@Eric-Muniz I found some tips online that suggest to uninstall Gforce Experience. You can find the tips here. Some say, that Direct X may be missing or corrupted.

@Eric-Muniz Ok, but it looks like you installed not everything that is needed for programs to run. Try updating Windows 10 to the newest version and install missing Visual C++ Redistributables.

Hi

Try temporarily disabling your Antivirus programs Folders/Ransomware feature and start the installer again, if that fails see this Microsoft article.

Hello, Welcome

This error can be caused by various issues, so you can try different options.

1.Try scanning pc for viruses and malware.

2.Uninstall all C++Redistributables and try to manually install Acid Pro by going to;

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\MAGIX\ACID Pro\10.0

if successful, reinstall C++ Redistributables.

3.Right click application and run in compatibility mode of a previous windows version, such as windows 8.

4.Run sfc /scannow command so it scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.

Right click on the Windows button.

Click on the Command Prompt (run as Administrator).

It will prompt so click on yes and the command prompt with admin rights will open.

Type sfc /scannow and wait for the process to finish.

Reboot Pc.

5.Make sure Windows is updated and also check your graphics card driver is updated.

6.As advised try to disable Windows firewall, anti virus and windows defender
