Accusonus ERA6 Issues

Help required.

Currently using MAGIX Movie Studio 15.0 Platinum (Build 157)

Upgraded to Accusonus ERA6 - excellent audio clean up plugin that I have been using for a while.

The main issues is the Voice AutoEQ is not functioning as it should. The "Waiting for audio playback" message remains on the plug in when trying to use it. The plug-in is making a difference to the audio, but the "Waiting for audio playback" remains, so I can't edit it.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled all the software. Even gone back to using ERA5. Still the same problem exists.

Running on Windows 10, on a DELL XPS 8930, 8GB RAM, 2.90 GHz processor.

I have logged this directly with Accusonus and had a conversation with their Technical support.

They said, "Although there's nothing concrete as of yet, If we get to support Magix Movie Studio, we will update the ERA compatible Editors list to reflect those changes. We're doing our best to support as many editors as possible but since the options are just too many, this is not always the case."

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

@Keith-Easton

Hi and welcome to the forum - albeit the wrong one.

Vegas products have their own forum here.

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.

I would suggest you post your question there
