I downloaded Audio Cleaning Lab 4 today. When I tried to log into my account with my email, I could not remember my email so I clicked on forgot email. I was sent a link to change my email but the link did not work. I tried this twice but I never could get the link to work, so what I had to do to be able to complete the purchase was I used my wife's email and used a new password so I could get the program downloaded. When I tried to use so of the features of the program, it wouldn't let me because I had to add those apps and it wouldn't let me because it said that program is already being used by a different email account. How can I get all my programs attached to one email.
