Account Deletion

I would like to delete my account but i cant and this support system is god awful, there are these "instructions" but i cant find the "Access" portion in the setting where the instructions are forwarding me. I only have name and address, email and password, payment data, newsletter. Honestly magix should invest in better web desing that allows to first of all send email to support easily, not that you need to send it trough wrong category and then all of a sudden its states that "your recent purchase is too old"? like what the hell? simple of an task and its this hard to find quickly becouse i have no interest on keeping my account and get stupid promotions and etc spam to my email thanks!!!.

Exactly which account do you wish to delete? Your account in the forums, or your account with Magix? The two are separate. If it is your forum account a moderator can delete you as a user.

I suspect you are referring to your account at Magix which I would guess you have because you have previously purchased Magix software. Is that your situation? If so, I would agree that there seems to be no method of actually deleting an account but if you log into that account via this page, then go to "Info service" you should see a box which you can untick in order to opt out of "the free email info service".

Your only other option, I think, is to use the Support button in the header of any forum page to contact Magix Customer Service and ask that they delete your account.
