You did not mentioned about your OS: Windows Xp, Vista, Windows 7 or 8.

Any way, to find out solution to your problem there are two easy ways.

I am showing method I use in Windows vista home premium. Try to follow if you got different OS.

If you already know where your default Download folder is open it and locate the downloaded files otherwise:

Click the Start /All Programs/ Accessories/Explorer

On the left under desktop locate your name
click on it you will be able to see various folders
such as, Favorite, Download, Desktop, Document, Picture and Video etc.
Normally all default downloads are saved in the Download folder.
It is time to search for the downloaded files. When you find them
double click them and they should be installed or follow on screen
guidance.

In case of Windows XP folder name will be "My Downloads"

The next method.

Use Run command, in the search field type the file name you are looking for and press enter. It will open the file put cursor on the opened file right click and from properties locate the path where your file is saved. This is how you can know the location where files are saved.

Screen shot from Windows vista home premium(Japanese version) for help.

Hope above information may help you.

PS* if you do not know files name you are looking for, go to the download website, put cursor on the file you wanted to download, as you you will move cursor on the desired file you will see the file name. Write it down on a memo.

Thank you for your response, Nihon94.  I run Windows 7.  Unfortunately, I find nothing in my Downloads folder.  Also, I do not have a URL for "the download site" in your answer.  Do you have it?  Thank you.

I am sorry I do not have download URL. Does this mean you did not purchase ACL 17 Dlx yet? and you had downloaded demos and tutorials?

Thank you, Nihon94.  I purchased "Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 17 deluxe" by downloading "audio_cleaning_lab_17_deluxe_148mb_UK.exe".  When I start the program, it gives me the option to "Download tutorials and demo projects".  When I clicked on that option, it downloaded about 126MB and then ran an installation.  But I cannot find out how to access the tutorials and demo projects that were downloaded.  Thanks.

Thank you for details. Can't you access demo and tutorial from the ACL 17 DLX? You can also confirm the downloads if you know where your Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 17 deluxe Program folder is. If it would be in Windows vista home premium, I can find out Tutorial and Demos as follows(you check your system)

C: Program Files/Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 17

deluxe

C: Program Data(this is hidden file) Magix//Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 17 deluxe

You have to look for Tutorial and Demos.

As you are saying you have downloaded then it should be some where.

If you sign in to Magix website where you got your registered product and other user info can't you find updates?

Still not solved.  There are no demos in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\MAGIX\Audio_Cleaning_Lab_17_deluxe\Tutorials" folder and only the short tutorials that came with the installation.

I should be able to access the new tutorials and demos from the ACL 17 DLX menu, I would think, but I can't tell how.
