Access Violation

I updated to the new 2023 version and it loaded fine but yesterday stopped working with a error code and description of access violation I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and deleting the musicmaker.ini file, I have turned off my fire wall and tried but with no success as it gave the same error message, I have uninstalled and reinstalled my sound drivers and no joy, I have gone back to the 2022 version which is working fine any ideas as I am stuck

@Coops You can try and reset the program setting by deleting the MusicMaker.ini in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\mm31

@Coops Are you using VST plugins? Maybe a plugin is causing the crash. Delete the VstScanSetup.ini plugin_scan_state_*.scan-files to remove all plugins. Another idea is to update your graphic card drivers and unplug all monitors except your main screen.
