Access to ambiguous processes

Why Does Magix Music Maker need access to processes that are not involved with Magix? I've received an update for Magix Music Maker. As I was updating the softtware, the program spit out errors telling me it cannot install due to certain processes. One process I was not familiar with, but i ended it none the less so that the music maker update would proceed. Then I had another error spit out saying that the following programs have files open that must be accessed by the installation program. So what I want to know is, why does Magix Music Maker need access to ICU which is the program that involves my Fans in my computer.

This is strange. Music Maker has never asked for access to anything when I've installed it.

@ACGuernica

Hi

. . . . why does Magix Music Maker need access to ICU which is the program that involves my Fans in my computer . . .

What are you using to determine that Music Maker is trying to access ICU? A screenshot would help.

Hi, yeah, I thought about taking a snapshot when I had the error windows up. However, I just wanted to get the update out of the way so I just ended the processes so music maker could finish installing. The strange thing is, the last 5 updates for music maker have hung due to processes being open that it needed access to. I would click ignore, and sometimes the program would install correctly, sometimes the program would have to be reinstalled. If I ever have to update again and it asks me to close down processes , I will take a snap shot.
