You probably will not be able to use ACL 3.0 unless you have the 32-bit version of Windows 7. I loved ACL 3.0, and it runs just fine on my wife's netbook with 32-bit Windows 7. I could not get it to work on the 64 bit version that came with our new desktop. I had to purchase ACL 2013 and it runs fine on the 64-bit version of Windows 7.
