Abysmal customer support

My question is, where is the customer support for this software??!?! What is the secret for getting issues resolved?

I upgraded to MM18 and had a few problems so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it with mixed results. Main issue is the extras that I paid for are no longer available and the software seems to want me to re-register it but it does not want to accept it. I can use it in a very basic way but not fully.

About the customer support...

Phones do not get answered. Customer support tickets do not get answered, EVER.  On top of all this nonsense, I have not received my back-up DVD's in the mail. For 3 weeks I have been waiting and frankly, I would like a refund but there is no no way to go about that because NOBODY RESPONDS!!.

As much as I have enjoyed my earlier version of MM, I'm suspecting that this is the true side of this company. Take your money and run.
