Absolutely having Problem

I purchased the sound forge from Best Buy, and now I see that it will no longer be available after the 26th, and I haven't received my serial number when I logged in and input my activation code (it is not in spam filter). I cannot find any way to contact the company and find out how to get me serial number and download before the program is not available. I purchased it yesterday!. Thanks

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Your first step is to ask BestBuy about this. As the seller, they are responsible for ensuring your purchase actually works! I know also that it is the responsibility of BestBuy to notify Magix of the fact that you have purchased the activation code; it is more than possible that this has not been done, unfortunately! Again, only BestBuy can resolve this for you.

However, if the problem is not being caused by any failure on the part of BestBuy you need to email infoservice@magix.net with full details of your purchase (explaining that you need your serial code) and ask for their help.
