I have few questions that really needs to be answerd :-

1) Where can I buy the Audio Pro Unlimited WAV Licence ?

I tried looking for the page everyone , but no hope in finding it .

2) Do I need to show MAGIX a prove that I bought the software (MAGIX MM) to buy the licence ?

3)  I'm aiming to create original songs for commercial use , can I post it to iTunes other then the MAGIX other website + Do I really need to have the Audio Pro Unlimited WAV licence before doing so ?

Note that I've read a lot of pages around here and yet I'm still confused , it just bugged me .

Please help

It would be helpful if you told us WHICH version of MMM you're using and WHICH soundpool, etc. you intend to purchase/use.

You are confused because there are too many people who succumb to wishful thinking, aren't interested in learning the facts, and too many people who don't understand the need to be accurate in their use of language when speaking of legalities.

"Where can I buy the Audio Pro Unlimited WAV Licence ?"

On the CATOOH website...

http://www.catooh.com/us/

"Do I need to show MAGIX a prove that I bought the software (MAGIX MM) to buy the licence ?"

No.

"I'm aiming to create original songs for commercial use , can I post it to iTunes other then the MAGIX other website + Do I really need to have the Audio Pro Unlimited WAV licence before doing so ?"

If you intend to use the media for any commercial purposes, you MUST purchase the Audio Pro Unlimited license.  It's that simple.  Then, you can post and sell your work on iTunes or anywhere else (within the limits of the license, which you need to read and understand).

To read the license, on the CATOOH webpage for the soundpool, etc. you are interested in, click on the link titled, "Audio Pro Unlimited WAV" under the word License.

I'm using MAGIX Music Maker MX Production Suite Download Version , Version 18

+ Soundpool DVD Collection 18

Note that I registerd to the site , though I think I need where to find the buying page , CATOOH never mentions where it is , but maybe its just me

It would be very helpful if you posted a link so I can go to the right place and add it to the cart.

Oh and I heard that buying the licence is like buying the Soundpool again , is it true ?

P.S : Thank you so much Procyon for the messege , really man I need some help on the matter

Yes, you are "in effect" buying the soundpools you have again, assuming you didn't buy the Audio Pro Unlimited license in the first place.  But, since you don't seem to know how to even find them on CATOOH, I'll have to assume that is not the case.  Wouldn't it have been better to ask these questions before spending all that money?

The soundpools you seek are on the CATOOH website and accessed by clicking on the "Collections" header.  Then simply choose the soundpool collection(s) you're interested in.  There you will find the license, the price, and the link to purchase.

If I do all of the work for you, you won't learn anything....right?

Hey I really appreciate what you are doing , while I do regret that I bought soundpool before investegating first , I do not regret me buying/supporting MAGIX softwares , they have the spark that I'm looking for in the music Industry , so basically I wouldn't mind supporting them again .

And Procyon , please don't think I'm trying to let others do the work for me as I'm not and only want some answers - good ones like yours - ,

I have finally found it : http://www.catooh.com/us/sys/id/Katalog/area/mediaDetails/item_id/243967/

This is basiclly what I've been looking for , it took me hours of serching to get to the right place , and now that I'm there I'm greatful .

But really I gotta hate how they designed their CATOOH website , for something as important as a licence they sure put it in unorginized way , it just tiring for my eyes and I wish they would make licence standout in the website - like putting it somewhere that's not so hard to find .

@Procyon 7 years later and you really are talking DOWN to users here in an arrogant and self centered narcissistic way to people that you don't even know. RESPECT !! There's real people behind these keyboards so cut the keyboard warrior bully tactical put downs and grow up !! Goodness me, it's people like you that have got nothing better to do in life than strutting your stuff on forums incognito whereas you wouldn't have the bottle to do it face on ! RESPECT !! These are the CUSTOMERS of Magix for goodness sakes ! Go on, put your Gold cap on and tell me that you've deleted this !! Make my day and show your true colours again !! As for me, I actually wrote to Magix HQ as there were producers who didn't even understand the complex terms of magix and I received a POLITE AND HUMBLE reply from Ralf from the Magix team. Thank the Lord I never asked you !

@Former user

I'm not going to make any comment about the content of your post but I am going to ask; did you not notice you were resurrecting a post whose previously-final post was written in May, 2012?  Please do not resurrect such a very old post.

For the above reason, and not withstanding the rather abusive manner in which you addressed @Procyon, this thread is now closed.
