Okay, I see this cool feature called Roboto that has many features on it, but I am confused as to how to use it. Okay, if I want a certain instrument when I click on it, it flashes and then goes back to the orginally instrument, there is little to no instruction on how to use half of these cool things and I am sick and tired of using the same old boring soundpools. Help!

Unfortunately this is one of Magix biggest problems. They don't offer an extensive operation manual, the one you get when you buy the program doesn't contain the info you want or need to properly understand the extras. There is no technical support, you just more or less have to keep learning by trial and error.
DO NOT buy any upgrades, they will not help you. I did the same thing and there was little or no change. The company will have to learn the hard way that service is part and parcel, especially in North America and if they don't support their customers, they will fail or mimimum get a very bad rep. Good luck.

Hi there,

Robota is a drum computer with built-in step sequencer. You'd use it to arrange a drum loop, with the different instruments being the individual drum sounds. If you open Robota, it has some default drum set and rhythm loaded. Under each instrument it will have a red strip with the current drum sound selection. Click on that red strip and it will open a pop-up menu with all the available drum sounds in that kit. At the top you also have a selection for the entire drum kit that works in the same fashion. That how the intrument selection works. Maybe you were clicking on the disk icon next to the instrument name instead.

By the way, if you type "Robota" into the index or search function of the online help within the program, you will find a small chapter dedicated to this drum computer.

I hope this helps.
