Clearly stated on the Magix website, I am supposed to have 9 gigs of loops with my purchase of ACID Pro 10. It seems such a simple thing too. If I do not receive them as stated or better, then I would like a refund.

Edit: I now see where to initiate the download (in app, help drop-down), but it doesn't ask me where I want the files. It is not telling me where it has decided my files must be. Looks like I get to comb through my filesystem yet again, and maybe I can make some location changes. I believe I will start with my boot drive this time since so much ended up there already. Thanks for nothin' there.

Your installation processes could use a bit of revision. I gather this opinion from others as I sought resolution myself.
