Hi there,

Sounds like FreeDB possibly doesn't really agree with your FreeDB user data/login name. You will just have to adjust them in Cleaning Lab to comply with the FreeDB conventions. Go to the "CD/DVD" menu => "FreeDB options" => "FreeDB user data". I don't know all the intricacies of FreeDB login info conventions, but to be on the safe side, try to keep all special characters, spaces and possibly even numbers out of your FreeDB user and your computer name. Confirm the dialog and try again.

ralftaro's recommendation worked for me.  I removed a space that was in my freedb login name and the error disappeared.

Thanks ralftaro - worked for me too. Just got rid of a space in user name. How simple is that?
