-24 code after reinstall windows 10 -> 11

Hi! I reinstall Windows (from 10 to 11) and can't activate sound forge 15. I bouth it on HumbleBundle year ago. I can see -24 error. The serial number has already registered to another email address. How can I fix that problem? In Magix account I don't see Sound Forge in products. Please, I need help)

@Dmyto-Koshovyi You used another e-mail address to register it.

I suggest you contact Magix sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them to find your original account by providing the serial number and your personal information.
