24 Channel editing

How do I create a new file with 24 channels? When I want to open a new file the box indicates up to 32 but the dropdown only allows 7.

SF Audio Studio supports up to 6 channels
SF Pro supports up up to 32 channels.

I am using Sound Forge Pro. Here is a screenshot of my issue.

Sample rate and bit depth are irrelevant to limitation.

Hi @ray-faiola , in the 'New' file window, (File> New) just type in the number of channels you desire (up to 32) and click "OK"..
