2022 update won't install properly

I purchased the 2022 update to 2021 music maker premium and when I use the store to update the program, it spends an hour downloading a version 30 update, then installs and uninstalls itself, leaving me with the same 2021 program as before. My current version is: 28.0.3.53.

I've tried to update numerous times now with the same results. Nothing updated.

That is version 2020. Version 2021 has the version number 29 and version 2022 has the version number 30. I think you are doing something wrong. Have you downloaded the correct installation program?

I go to the store, it shows me that i have update 30 which I can download. I download it because I paid for the 2022 upgrade. When it finishes downloading, it installs, and then says remove the 64 bit verrsion and it does.
