2022 Premium Upgrade not downloading

Hi,

Last week I paid for the 2022 premium upgrade/add-ons package via the store. The VFX stuff immediately downloaded but not the actual 2022 update. I have e-mail confirmation of the purchase and under the activated content tab, it shows that it is activated but there is nothing in the download section. I have re-set the store, turned of anti-virus software etc but still nothing...

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure from your description what you have actually downloaded. Have you actually downloaded and installed Music Maker 2022. I assume if you choose upgrade it doesn't appear as a download in the existing version. I would have thought you just download and install 2022 and then add all the content with 2022.

I believe that is Music Maker 2021. I think 2022 starts with 30. So you need to download and install 2022.

Yeah, that's my problem. I can't see any way to download what I've purchased. If I check "Activated Content" in the studio, it shows:

Music Maker Premium Edition 2022

Music Maker Plus Edition 2022

Upgrade Offer: Music Maker Premium Edition 2022

If I check Downloads, there's nothing to download.

As I said you don't download 2022 from in the program. Just download the Music maker (free). Whatever edition you purchase the download is always this version. You then add the content within the program.
