I have a intel Core I7-6700K cpu @4.00 Ghz 32. gb ram and 64 bit operating system

My 2015 Pro locks up, could be the program or the my computer? Other programs running or what?

So I am not even editing the video, and it will lock up on me. The video is from my DJI and I have sized the video to run smooth on my machine but after a few minutes it stops.'

Where do I start?
