This is a users forum not Magix sales.

Where did you buy the software from?

If from the Magix site then you should recieve a confirmation email .  Check the email has not ended up in the spam folder of your email software or Webmail if it is not there then contact Sales at Magix.

Otherwise contact the supplier you bought the software from.
