WHEN PLAYING DVD SOUND ONLY COMES OUT OF 1 SPEAKER. ALSO I HAVE MOVIE EDIT PRO 16 AND HAVENT RECIEVED THE FREE CODEC; CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME THAT PLEASE? ALSO CAN YOU CAN YOU SAVE TO DVD AS MP4? please help me

You can save mp4 to DVD as data.

DVD is a MPEG-2 format, if you are looking at playable formats.

Is the audio that is only playing from 1 speaker a stereo file? Does it play ok in the computer?

You mean the upgrade from within the software drop down menu for Help?

I believe that is all processed from within the software, you just enter your login data.
